I have already paid for my return order. Why am i been asked to pay again?

After finishing my taxes on turbo tax deluxe, I paid for the state return: New Jersey, and was charged $45 ($48.66 in all)   and then after printing and saving the forms,  I was asked to pay again and it wouldn't let me continue to efile unless I paid AGAIN so I paid what they asked, this time it was $25, for New Jersey. I would like to get a refund on this please.

 You can fill this form out for someone to call you about the refund. Be sure at least 24 hours have passed so customer service has your full history.

@Redhookrocks   Are you using the Desktop program?  Was New Jersey a second different state?  Deluxe usually comes with one free state program download.  Or did you buy Deluxe in a store?  They also sell Deluxe without state for states that don't have an income tax.

Then after preparing the state return it is another $25 to efile each state return or you can print and mail state for free.  Do it sounds like you were charged right.
