The 1099-NEC is under other common income. Choose the Personal tab > Personal Income and search for the other common income section. Check your 1099 to see if it is a 1099-NEC.

To enter an IRS Form 1099-NEC, click on the Search magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of the screen,

Enter '1099-nec'.
Click on 'Jump to 1099-NEC'.
Answer the questions that TurboTax presents.

How do I cancel the update option? It wouldn't complete the update for 2022 and won's let me access my return which I need due to audit questions.
