I have a paying job, however, I also stated an online business and have start up expenses. So, I am employed and have my own business. Should I choose the self-employed plan, since I have many start up deductions, as well as w-2 earnings? Thank you.

Yes Self Employed would be the best option for you since you have your own business. If you want to upgrade to Home & Business this version can also be an option for you but it's not needed if you don't have employees.
