When you see "Payment Status #2 – Not Available" in the Get My Payment portal, you won't receive a second Economic Impact Payment.  The message doesn’t provide any indication of why this is happening.

However, you'll be able to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 tax return.

In TurboTax Online:

1. Sign into your account, and continue from where you left off.
2. Click Federal in the left panel, then click Federal Review at the top.
3. On the Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount page, click Continue.
4. Go through the interview
5. The TurboTax program will compute the stimulus amount you're entitled to, if any.
6. Any stimulus amount you'll receive on your return will be displayed as a credit on line 30 of Form 1040.
