Please clarify. From which state did you receive form UC-1099G?

• Is the unemployment compensation on your 1099-G showing as a refund on both federal and state income tax returns?
• Is he federal income tax withheld showing showing as a refund on the federal return and is the state income tax withheld showing as a refund on the state return?
