I have a 16-yr old daughter that recieved about $4000 in uneployment as a result of the CARES act. How is this 1099G income reported?

Your daughter has to report the unemployment income on her own tax return. To enter it in TurboTax, enter "1099-g" (without the quotes) in the Search box. Then click the link that says "Jump to 1099-g."
