I have a 1095A with a 0 in Column A and Column B, but an amount in column C. It won't let me transmit the return.

The solution is DO NOT import the 1095-A form. Enter it MANUALLY but leave the months that are 0 blank. If you type anything in these fields that are suppose to be 0, it WILL NOT work, so be sure to only type in the fields that numbers are suppose to be in. I figured this out after 3 hours of stressing and tech help.

Your 1095-A form is wrong. If you had a healthcare.gov (Marketplace) health insurance plan, you had to pay for it. In Column A, enter what you paid for your policy, before your monthly advance payment of premium tax credit shown in Column C. In Column B, you can use the Health coverage tax tool to get your SLCSP if it’s not on your 1095-A.

If you still can't find these amounts, call the Marketplace at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325). They're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except holidays).

Actually, Column A on the 1095 is correct, because I had requested the cancellation in the previous month.  However, I guess it was late enough that they charged me for the next month.  I didn't pay the premium for that month, but the premium credit amount still showed up in column C.  So what are my options?

This isn't working for me.  My form 1095-A is blank in Column B and C.  I have entered my form from scratch and did not import but I cannot seem to move on beyond the screen because it says there must be something other than 0 in each square of each column

Column B is the second lowest cost health plan.  It has to have an amount for every month that someone in your household had coverage.  Use this tool to fill in column B.
