Your 1095-A form is wrong. If you had a healthcare.gov (Marketplace) health insurance plan, you had to pay for it. In Column A, enter what you paid for your policy, before your monthly advance payment of
premium tax credit shown in Column C. In Column B, you can use the Health coverage tax tool to get your SLCSP if it’s not on your 1095-A.
