You do not need your Form 1095-B to file your tax return. The TurboTax interview will just ask you questions about your health coverage and just answer the questions correctly and you are done with that section. Just keep the form for your personal records since it's for informational purposes only.
You would only receive a
1095-A if you purchased health insurance in 2017 through
Healthcare.gov or your
state’s Health Insurance Marketplace. If you were supposed to get one and you didn't receive it or lost it, you can get a copy from your Marketplace online account or contact them directly for assistance.
And you'd answer NO to the question Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2017? if you do not have a 1095-A.
