I have 3 total w-2 but only have 2 right now can I file my other one once I get it or do I have to file all of them together

All of your W-2s have to be filed together.  You can only file one tax return for 2016.  If you include two W-2s now, you will have to file an amended return later to include the third one, which may cost you excess time and money.
