Yes, this would be the dependent's last name who your are claiming on your tax return. If you are claiming more than one, the program will ask you for their last name as well.

Yes, this would be the dependent's last name who your are claiming on your tax return. If you are claiming more than one, the program will ask you for their last name as well.
