You will need to contact TurboTax support and speak to a support agent to get the online account deactivated.  Once you have a case number then use this TurboTax support FAQ

Alternatively, you can simply delete any information that has been entered in your new account and just leave it inactive. If you have already begun to enter your information in your new account please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account
  • Click Take Me To My Return
  • At the top on the right you will see "My Account", click the drop down arrow and choose Clear and Start Over.

This will remove any information entered.
