I have 2 1099 INT forms from the same institution but different accounts. Intuit will not let me add the second 1099. Can I add the amounts, enter as one amunt?

yes you can and should anyway, there is no need to input 1099 INTs at account level for each CD etc.

Yes, if the 1099s are from the same payer with the same EIN the 1099s can be combined as one entry.
