If your credit card was out of date
and you didn't fix it early enough you have now missed the 2017 program window
and making any changes now will only effect the 2018 program sent out next
November. If this is so then all you can do now is buy the 2017 program either
directly from Turbo Tax or another reputable retailer.
If
you are an Advantage subscriber and did not receive an email that your software
was available in November, then you need to check your subscription information
for correct email address, credit card information, etc. Was your credit
card showing a charge for the software in November?

account with your Advantage user ID and password to download the software
