i had the same problem. tried numerous times and got caught in loops and it even looked as if it worked twice, but never did. it wasn't until i called 1-800 4 intuit that i was able to get in. While the very disabled agent was trying to assist by typing numbers and characters 2 seconds at a time I attempted to sign in again. Somewhere along the line she must have done something she didn't even know about and i was able to reset my password and continue. Unfortunately you're going to have to call for some incantation and then the magic happens. Breathe deeply
