Through the ItsDeductible app the total cane to $9500 worth of stuff once itemized. When I put that into Turbo Tax it wants original value. Do I add all of the contents original value in one lump sum?

Yes, you can do it that way because it is not practical to list each item separately.  You are not going to be deducting the original value anyway.

Keep your list in a safe place, along with your receipt, in case the IRS asks.
