I had basic health insurance through washington apple health, but my 1095-B says I only had it Jan-Apr

I had a miscarriage and downgraded my insurance (to no longer belong to the maternity plan) after I no longer needed care in that department. But I still had insurance. Infact, I received a notice to renew my coverage that was to expire on 02/28/17. So even though my 1095-B says I didn't have it, I totally did.

If you have a 1095-B, a form titled Health Coverage, the IRS does NOT need any details from this form. You can keep any 1095-B forms you get from your health insurance company or the government agency that sponsors your plan for your records.
