Can you file someone's taxes for them with their permission?

OK you can still buy the 2015 CD version.  You can buy it from Turbo Tax either as a CD or buy the download.  Don't know if any of the retail stores still have it in stock.  But if they do look for the best price.  You can probably even get it from Amazon.

OK now I'll tell you about the state returns in the Desktop program.  You get 1 free state PROGRAM.  It can also do more than 1 return (as long as they are all for the same state).  But each state return is 24.99 to efile OR you can print and mail all the state returns for free also.  

And all the Desktop CD versions have all the same forms so you can buy Deluxe.  You just get more help with investments in Premier and with self employment income in the Home & Business version.  You with me so far?  How complicated are the returns you need to do?  You can check out Deluxe here,

I have a cousin who does not have a computer and therefore no e-mail address, Can I file his taxes for him, and also do it without his having an e-mail account?

A friend wants to use free edition to file recovery rebate but does not have an e mail.  Can they file?

An email address is required to create a TurboTax account.

You can prepare taxes for them. If you mail taxes, they need to sign the form.
