I got Kaiser medical insurance from CoveredCA and received 1095-A, but did not receive premium tax credit, Should I enter 1095-A information in Turbotax?

You must enter the information in Turbo Tax if any amount other than zero is shown in Part III, column C, of this Form 1095-A. BUT if you want to receive the premium tax credit as a refund, you must enter the information from this form.
Even though you did not get the ADVANCE premium tax credit, if you could have received it and are still making a similar amount of income, you need to complete this form. You may get some additional money back.

Thank you! in my case, PartIII, Coumn C is zero for all months. I am not eligible for Tax credit as I am employed and received premium credited into my paycheck. Just that I did not receive health insurance directly from employer, but I bought through marketplace. So Should I choose 'No' for 'Was anyone enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2017' as I am not going to enter 1095-A info?
