I payed 1st time with my PayPal account then it asked me to pay again at the end so I selected for it to come out my refund. I would like my money back please

What did you pay for the first time? Maybe the next time it was only for the difference or you added something like a state return or other service.

Did you originally pay for the Desktop CD/Download program? And then want to efile a state return? Or use the online version instead of the Desktop program?
