If you received a Form 1095-A for 2019, you do need to enter it into TurboTax.

 

Type '1095a' in the Search area, then 'Jump to 1095a' to enter it.

 

If you got a credit in 2019 for your 2018 1095-A, you don't need to report that in this year's return.
