Everything you receive of value is considered taxable income, including gift cards or barter items (using the fair market value). The question is whether this is hobby income, or self-employment. There are some tests listed here.

If it is a hobby, you report the income as hobby income, including the value of gift cards, and including money or gifts that are not included on a 1099-K. You can't deduct expenses, but you don't pay self-employment tax, just income tax. If it is a side business, you report all income (even if it is not on a form), you can deduct expenses (if you have any) and you pay income tax and self-employment tax.
So far I put the 1099 income and then everything else giftcards and cash from the other platforms I put it under other income but again it would all be self employed taxed. So how can i organize it?
If you decide to treat this as self-employment, then you need to upgrade to Premium, because you need to create a schedule C for the business. You don't enter the 1099-K and value of other items as personal income, you enter them as business income. You create the business in the program, which gives you a schedule C. You answer some basic questions about the business, then you enter your business income. There is a place to enter income that is reported on a form, and there is a place to report cash or barter income that is not on a form.
Yes I have premium but im not sure where to put giftcards such as if it should be included in self employment or miscellaneous ? The other income from those platforms I put under other self employed income.
