I get an error message when trying to import my W-2 information that says I have exceeded the attempts to retrieve my W2. Is there a way to reset this?

The exact text of the error:

USG-P:

You have reached the maximum number of attempts to retrieve your W2.

I get an error message when trying to import my W-2 information that says I have exceeded the attempts to retrieve my W2. Is there a way to reset this?

I'm getting the same error message but states my w2 either isn't available or my ss isn't incorrect which I have the w2 physically and the ss# is correct.

Ditto for me: "USG-P" saying "inavailable or SS incorrect". Ultipro says that my W2 is available for import, colleagues using TT Online are having no problems. I'm using TT Premier Desktop.

I have the same problem.  I contacted my employer and they reached out to Ultipro.  Ultipro said this is a known problem, but I haven't heard any timeline about fixing this.
