I filled to get injured spouse for this year a four years in the past I was wondering if I'm going to get a money back from those years?

If you filed for injured spouse for 2018 then that form was only for 2018; it is not going to go back to prior years. You would need to amend the returns you filed for those prior years--you can only amend as far back as 2016 now to receive a tax refund.
