I filed through turbo tax last year for free, now im being charged $39.95 is there anyway out of the fee. ?

You may be paying for an add-on, such as PLUS or upgraded to Deluxe. You can get back to the Free Edition by clicking on Clear and Start over, on the left side of the screen. Click on Tax Tools and you will see the clear and start over option.
