You can either be Head of Household or a dependent, not both. If you are eligible to be claimed as a dependent, you will not get the stimulus, regardless if anybody claims you.
Taxpayers likely won't qualify for an Economic Impact Payment if any of the following apply:
You must have been pretty confused---you could not possibly be head of household if you are also a dependent on someone else's tax return. If you said you can be claimed as someone else's dependent you will not receive a stimulus check. You will need to prepare and file an amended return to fix that, and you will more likely get your stimulus money as a credit on your 2020 return next year.
Look at the top half of page 1 of your Form 1040 to see what you checked off for filing status and whether you could be claimed as a dependent.
