Please explain what you mean "now they are being denied"?

If you e-filed the 2022 tax returns using TurboTax and received emails from TurboTax for both the federal and state tax returns being Accepted, then they were received by the IRS and your state and are now being processed.

E-filing is actually closed for the year but you may be getting a message in error that they were accepted. You will need to print and mail the return.

I submitted my NY state tax return back on 2/9 which was accepted but states "We have received your return and it is being processed." any know why its taking so long?
