You do not say how long ago you filed your return.  Sounds like you are assuming the IRS has already processed your tax return.  That might not be the case.  The IRS is pretty backlogged, so it is taking longer for them to process returns.  Even if they took out the payment on July 1, it might take a few days to post to your account.  You will have to be patient and just watch your account to see when they take out the payment.

I filled my taxes April 15 and set up on my account to pay my taxes. I set up the date for July 1st for the money to be withdrawn out of my account. It is now July 5th and the money is still in my account. When will they withdraw it.

The IRS is backlogged in processing returns, including taking payments.  So all you can do is watch your bank account for the payment to come out.  TurboTax never knows when, how or even if you paid your tax due.
