I filed my taxes and got my return, but my someone is trying to claim me, what happens?

I ended up being out of the country for half the year plus at my mother's for a couple of months due to my roommates having covid, due to current circumstances that I am stuck living with him until I get a place of my own once this all settles. What happens if my ex claims me despite me having already filed and received my return? I told him not to claim me since he has no reason since I wasn't there with him.

If you have already filed, and someone else attempts to claim you as a dependent, he will not be able to e-file his return - it will be rejected.  He can mail his tax return with you claimed as a dependent.  Since you have already filed, he will receive a letter from the IRS asking for additional information.  If he is due a refund, it will delay his refund.  Ultimately, if you don't qualify as his dependent, he won't be able to claim you.
