I filed my state return by mail however turbotax does not show the refund amount I am due. It says that it's status is "Printed".

Turbotax will only show you your refund amount on the Tax Home page, if you e-filed. To see your refund amount for your State that was printed and mailed in, you can find it two ways:

1. Go to Previous Taxes, Click on Add A State. This will take you back into your return to view your refund amounts.

2. Go to Previous Taxes, Click on Download/print return (PDF), your refund amount will be listed on your State Return.
