I filed my federal and MD State (2 products) with a specialist. TurboTax charged me for a 3rd product it did not prep. Called and filled refund form to no success.

No specialist can help because the refund department is unreachable, they send generic “can’t refund you” emails when they charged me for something they did not provide at all. Please any help or contacts would be appreciated.
