I filed my 2018 taxes with Turbo Tax but they are not in my file now, where did they go?

My 2018 tax tiles were sent to the IRÍ and my state, everything was accepted and I received a refund from the state as expected. But now, my 2018 Turbo Tax file is blank. I have the emails that cofirm this action. So, where did my file go?

Most users experiencing this issue have more than one TurboTax account and don't realize it.  In order to access a return prepared using TurboTax online, you must use the EXACT same account (same username and password) that you used when preparing that return.  The TurboTax FAQ below will explain how to proceed to find your return.
