There are many ways to print a copy to mail. Here is an easy one.
To print any time, select the top tab "File". Then, the lower tab "Print/Save for your records". In the box that appears, select "Print". The Form Selection box appears. In that, select "All official Forms Required for Filing". If your state requires the Federal tax forms, they will print too. Next, select "Preview Print Copy". This will launch whatever application you have for viewing a pdf file. If noting does open, the you need to download a free application, such as Adobe. Even Microsoft Edge, the standard browser for a PC is sufficient. Then, use that applications print feature to send file to your printer.
Sounds complicated, but is really easy.
