To downgrade to a different TurboTax Online product, follow these steps:

1. Open your return
2. In the left menu, click "Switch Products."
3. Choose "Downgrade."
4. Choose "Downgrade to Free Edition."
5. Review your return. TurboTax will let you know if you need to upgrade to a higher version.

Alternatively, you can select "Clear & Start Over," but this will erase all your information.
