Once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return and/or release of your refund. If you have any inquiries on any delay you should contact the IRS or your state Department of revenue directly for further assistance.
There is a couple of FAQs to help you track your refund
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
Up to 5 Days Early Refund Delivery applies when the IRS has processed and approved your refund and a date for direct deposit has been given. For example, if you go on the IRS website and the Direct Deposit is "scheduled" for "February 27th", that's when TurboTax Up to 5 Days Early Option kicks in; it is not based on an assumption of when it might be ready, but rather on the actual date provided by the IRS.

Thanks for the reply. It's not saying anything about it going to be delayed or anything. It's due to hit tomorrow. My questions are basically is it common for the Santa baraba bank tracking to saying not found the day prior to ded date give by the IRS? I've also heard turbo tax is using River Bank or something like that for those who claimed the 5 days early if it was canceled out from not being completed in 5 days early. So I'm wondering if that's the reason for that. Or if there could be issues I should be aware of or should except it on time like the IRS tracker says
