I filed a mail return for my ma state return. I hadn’t heard anything so I filed online and now it’s saying rejected. What do I do?

Why did you e-file it after mailing it?   You cannot file twice.   If the state has the mailed return in its system it is not going to accept another return from you.   If you need to check on what is going on --use the state tracking site.
