I feel cheated but turbo tax my 1099 k form I only made 1600 and got nothing back yet I had to pay such a high price I think it’s fair to request a refund because the service fees were not clearl

You do not pay until the end when you need to file.  You should have chose not to file the return.

TurboTax fees are not based on you getting a refund.
