No, however you can change your entry. If you did do an import, you can delete it and then select to enter it yourself for both.
In this situation, first please try clearing the cookies and cache. It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis.
Watch to be sure you are selecting 'all time' as example. Do not use selections like 'last hour' for those browsers that give you options.
Once this is complete open your return and if you still need to try to delete them you can use the links below.

I am using the desktop version of turbotax, why would i clear the cache of a browser?
The data has been accepted properly but the button says start rather than update. It has nothing to do with a browser.
Still doesn't work correctly for me on desktop version of TurboTax on 3/30.
I have also seen that income items in the Interest and Dividends section of the Wages & Income summary screen in TurboTax Desktop show "Start" instead of "Update" even after entries have been made.
It is only the Interest and Dividends section items that have this anomalous display. The entries are still saved correctly, and appear correctly on the tax forms, so this doesn't affect the accuracy of your return.
I am reporting this issue for further review.
