I entered all information from my w2. Was I supposed to upload it ito the system also? Or upload any other documents?

If you entered your W-2 manually that is all you need to do with it. If you have any other income documents to enter, they either need to be imported or entered manually as well before you e-file. Once they are all entered, they go with your information via e-filing. You do not do anything more to send them to the IRS.
