I enter my drivers license exp date an error message comes up and says that it has to be after issued date and the automaticity changes it to my birthday

Your driver's license expiration date is on your birthday 3-10 years after it was issued to you. The location of the expiration date depends on what state you're in, but it will be in a separate location and show as something like EXP 01/01/2018.
