"I earned all or part of my income as family paid leave?" ????

I'm active duty Army. Is this referring to when I take leave? Cause we get paid leave.

Double-checking with my daughter-in-law, Active Navy currently on Maternity leave.

Ordinary leave from the military is not "family paid leave". It is the equivalent of "paid-vacation".

Military "maternity leave" is considered "convalescent leave" and not reported on your W-2 or on a Form 1099-G.
