they are required to send the form to you by the end of the month; suggest holding tight until then. You can claim the income without the form, though.

Worst case scenario: not claiming the income, filing your taxes and THEN you receive the 1099 from them, That is a 'hot mess'.

The anmmount in Box 1a on 1099-K includes fees that emplyer took, so I recieved 30% less that ammount, how do I report Real income correctly?
