I DOWNLOADED THE INFO FROM THE CD, WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP TO DOING MY TAXES?

if you downloaded the desktop software, then the next step is to install it by clicking on the icon from the download.   if the installation is successful, there will be a TurboTax icon on your desktop which you click on to start your return.  

I could be totally off base because I'm not sure what you mean when you say you downloaded the info from the CD.

Once you have installed the TurboTax program, open it and click the Start a New Return box. 

1. TurboTax will then ask you if you want to transfer information from last year's return.
2. If you used TurboTax last year, the program will look for the 2018 return and list it on the screen.  Click the Transfer Return box.  
3. If you did not use TurboTax last year, click the Continue without Transferring box.
4. Proceed through the screens, entering the information requested.
