I download all of my tax documents and i can see in my document section. I try to move on to file tax and ask upload W2 again. Can you check?

Why they ask me again to download w2 form again. The QR code is not working

Your W-2 may not have been downloaded correctly. You could try previewing your tax return to see if your W-2 information is there. If it is not, you can try to manually enter it using the instructions below.

You can get to your tax return in TurboTax desktop as follows:

1. Switch to Forms Mode, and then 
2. Scroll through your forms in the left panel and 
3. Click on the form you want to preview (Example Form 1040 or your IT 201 NY Return))

You can get to your Tax Return in TurboTax Online as follows: 

1. Go to "Tax Tools" in your left panel,
2. Select "Tools" and then 
3. Select "View Tax Summary" and 
4. Select "Preview Form 1040"

You can manually enter your Form W-2 using the instructions below.

If you are using TurboTax Online/Mobile: or you can:

1. Open your return.
2. Go to  W-2, 
3. Select "Work on my W-2" 
4. Select" Continue"
5. Follow the screens to enter your Form W-2 information.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop:

1. Open your return
2. In the Search bar, enter "W-2" and select the "Jump to" link. This will take you to your W-2 entries 
3. Your screen will say "We'll Start with your W-2" 
4. Select "Work on my W-2"
5. Select "Continue"
6. Follow the screens to enter your Form W-2 information.
