I dont see the option to set up a payment plan with my state, how should i file so i can set up a payment plan

You can request a payment agreement with Minnesota after you receive a bill from the state.

All payment agreements are subject to a nonrefundable $50 fee.

If you’ve received a bill,you may request a payment agreement online . If you need help, call 651-556-3003 or 1-800-657-3909 (toll-free).

To file your return with TurboTax, when you are asked how you want to pay, choose pay with a check.
