You will need to get a copy of your W2 from your employer.
You may just need to delete the empty W-2. If you had the same employer in 2019, TurboTax will automatically transfer over a blank W-2. But if you already made a separate entry for that W-2, there will be 2 W-2s listed and you can delete the empty one. Be careful to delete the empty one and not the one you entered all the information from. Type in w-2 in the search bar and use the Jump to w-2 link to be taken to your W-2 summary. You will see all the W-2s TurboTax has for you. If there is a duplicate, delete it using the delete button or the trash can icon.
If there is a W-2 there for an employer you did not work for in 2020, you can delete that as well. Once you are finished, make sure that you have a W-2 completed for each employer you worked for in 2020. You can return to the summary at any time by searching for w-2.
