Is there a way to save my progress? I'm still missing a w2 and don't want to refile everything.

Yes, you can save your progress. All you have to do is "Save and Sign Out".  (see attached screenshot)*  All the information will be saved and waiting for you the next time you log in.

Click on "My Account" 

Select "Save and Sign Out" from the drop down list.
