I don't need form 3468 but it keeps asking me to review. Ive gone back and said no to needing this. How do I delete?

You can try to delete the form. Here's how:

While the file is open, click on "FORMS' in right upper corner.

Then you will see on the butom , on the left: [PRINT] [DELETEFORM][CANCEL FORM}

Click CANCEL.
