If you did not receive health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges then just answer NO when asked if you received a Form 1095-A.

If you did have health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges and did not receive the Form 1095-A the go to this website for the form - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/
