If you had health care insurance coverage through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges, they would have sent you a Form 1095-A.
Go to his website for the 1095-A - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/
If you didn't get your 1095-A and didn't have Marketplace coverage, you can say this in TurboTax by choosing "No" when asked about Form 1095-A. This will meet IRS requirements and file your taxes again.
If you file your tax return without Form 1095-A and get an IRS rejection (code F8962-070), you will have to mail the return.
To get your 1095-A Form, if available, check this link.
